Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities
Supervise artisans and ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain quality control and timely delivery
Manage materials and production schedules
 
Shoe Designer / Cobbler
Key Responsibilities:
Design and craft high-quality handmade footwear
Work with various materials (leather, soles, accessories, etc.)
Ensure neat finishing and product durability
Demonstrate creativity, precision, and craftsmanship
 
 Sales & Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the MLAZ LIMITED brand online and offline
Manage customer relations and enquiries
Drive sales through digital platforms and field marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies
