About the Programme
The MLAZ Sales Ambassador Programme (MSAP) is a flagship youth empowerment initiative of MLAZ Limited, implemented in collaboration with the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Bwari Area Council.
The Programme is designed to equip young people with practical business, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial skills through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions by promoting MLAZ’s premium handmade leather footwear.
In addition to earning commissions, participants will build confidence, improve their communication and leadership skills, learn how to work with customers professionally, and gain valuable experience that can support their future education, business, or career goals.
By combining practical learning with real-world business experience, the MLAZ Sales Ambassador Programme serves as a platform for nurturing responsible, self-reliant, and enterprising young people who are ready to make meaningful contributions to their communities

Who Can Apply?
Applicants should:
- Be a recent SSCE graduate or a youth interested in earning through commission-based sales.
- Be resident in Kubwa, Dutse, Dei-Dei, or Bwari.
- Be willing to learn.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
- Be available to attend the orientation programme.
Pilot Cohort
For Cohort One, we intend to select 12 participants, distributed as follows:
